Projects above certain thresholds or of certain building types require a licensed architect to seal the drawings. We'll tell you upfront what your specific project requires.
It depends on the complexity of the project and how quickly decisions get made. Straightforward projects can move from initial concept to permit-ready drawings in a few weeks. Larger or more complex projects take longer.
